Anthrax claimed that Joey wanted to sing like Steve Perry and do Journey music. Not so! Belladonna's first solo disc is actually decent speed metal. It's not up to the standards of most of Anthrax's 80's material but it's still not bad. http://www.nolifetilmetal.com

After hearing Joey on "Medusa" I thought this would be pretty good but not so. I sold it a week after I bought it. It was terrible. Just my humble opinion.

this CD is great but not fantastic. The first four tracks are not great so that gave me a bad impression at first but the latter tracks are much better. It goes throught many styles of Metal, from hard rock throught more thrashy sounds

Just saw Joey Belladonna at Jarrods in ATTLEBORO Massachusetts! they rocked and did some Black Sabbath tunes and did some stuff of opld and on his solo disc. Met him before the show , a very cool guy. He sings and plays the drums the whole show.

Joey recently played in Portland, Maine. I had a chance to hang with Joey and his band (who rock by the way)for coffee before the show. Great guy(s)! Joey's voice is better than ever. Anthrax is foolish to not do at least a nostalgia tour. Every other band is. This would be huge, maybe not as huge as Scott's and Charlies egos but it would be big. Anyone who thinks Joey is not an integral part of Anthrax is stupid. Maybe he wasn't the songwriter who cares, he was the voice! Rock on Joey!

This is the "legendary" first solo record by the man who put Anthrax on the top of the mountain(in the vocals department i mean)Joey Belladonna ...the Anthrax sound is inevitable in some songs but the album at the same time has some great particular moments(if u know what i'm saying)...my faves tracks are 2,4,5,7,8,10,12 & 13(as u can see the album is quite worth in its all)...82/100
