Holy Shit!!!! I just listened to this CD again and can't believe how awesome it really is, I thought the previous CD would be hard to beat, but god damn this one is so much better, the most incredible vocals I have ever heard, too bad Warrel Dane changed his style, although I like Nevermore a lot, I still say he should of stuck to Sanctuary, too bad we only got 2 CD's before they quit..

Immortal album from a immortal band. The best 90's metal album. Every feelings from Nevermore were there in "Into the Mirror Black".

The first 3 songs are the best ones along with "Seasons Of Destruction" & "One More Murder"...some Queensryche/Mercyful Fate essence in the music and in the vocals(King Diamond kinda of singing here of Mr Dane )...a bit better than the band's debut IMO but still nothing impressive,at least to me...cheers and peace out...75/100

excellent 2nd step for SANCTUARY in the early 90s offering a classic US power metal release with thrilling vocals and razor sharp guitar work!"taste revenge","future tense","sounds of destruction" are the highlights
