The music discographies on this site are works in progress. If you notice that a particular Slayer CD release or compilation is missing from the list above, please submit that CD using the CD submission page. The ultimate goal is to make the discographies here at Brutal Metal as complete as possible. Even if it is an obscure greatest-hits or live compilation CD, we want to add it to the site. Please only submit official CD releases; no bootlegs or cassette-only or LP-only releases.

EPs and CD-singles from Slayer are also welcome to be added, as long as they are at least 4 songs in length.

It's been 16 years since they released a good record (I'm not a fan of down-tuned guitars & tunes devoid of a chorus), but this is an incredible return to form. The best production on a Slayer record ever - Josh Abraham take a bow - & some of their finest ever tunes. "Flesh Storm" is brutal & relentless, "Skeleton Christ" is as fine a thrash metal tunes as you'll ever hear, & "Black Serenade" has a crushing & bleak chorus. Lombardo is back, the REAL Slayer are back, & this is ESSENTIAL. 9.5/10.

What can I say, when I bought this, put it in, I turned up the volume, by habit, dude!!! I about drove into the front doors of F.Y.E. I couldnt have gotten a bigger jolt from Heroin, just like on Venom's Resurrection, Slayer decided to invest on some production, and just like resurrection, it works on CI, they don't overhaul their style, they have all the same down tuned depressing riffs, and bends, just MegaPolished, and loud, and fast, this FUCKING RULES!!!Buy It,You wont be sorry!!!GHUA

Araya has always been the dealbreaker for me! Guy is about as ugly as he is inept.Dudes' vocals always sound like he's being sodomized with a jackhammer.Jeff,Kerry and Dave on the other hand really know how to pound out some frickin metal.

It was half good. "Eyes of the insane" was lame but "Supremest", that song is the shit.
